Academy Staged capability transfer, B0–B4

From executives to practitioners, everyone understands AI in the same language, and we hand the capability over so the team can use it on its own.

In one line

Work items

Hands-on courses by role

Each job produces different outputs, so we build the practice around roles.

  • AI PM: Write the problem definition, AI PRD, evaluation criteria, and governance documents yourself.
  • AX PM: Move a work process from AS-IS to TO-BE, and cover KPIs, reporting, and a plan to spread it across the organization.
  • Marketers and planners: Learn how to delegate work to AI agents and review it, using the Builder Level criteria.
