Blueprint 1-day workshop + 2-week execution design

Decide in one day where AI should go first, then turn it into an execution design within two weeks.

In one line

Blueprint is the AX WORKS design-stage product: a one-day workshop and a two-week execution design that set the first workflow to put AI into, the human approval points, and the measurement criteria. It also covers AI agent strategy and AI PM planning documents (delegation scope, AI PRD, evaluation criteria).

When

When you need it

  • You want to adopt AI but haven't decided which work to start with
  • Requests from several departments are mixed together and no priority emerges
  • You want to agree on scope and criteria before starting a 90-day pilot (Sprint 90)
How

How it works

  1. Surface candidate workflowsTogether with the people doing the work, we draw out tasks that are repetitive, have clear criteria, and can be reviewed by a person.
  2. Mark H and POn the workflow, we mark the steps where a person must decide (H) and the steps with heavy repetitive load (P).
  3. Check priority and riskWe pick the stretch with the biggest effect and filter out risky automation at the design stage.
  4. Document the execution designWithin two weeks we set out the launch design and measurement criteria for one workflow.

Duration, scope, and cost are discussed in consultation.

Work items

Agent strategy and planning documents

At the design stage we document the AI agent strategy and the planning work an AI PM owns.

  • Agent strategy: What the agent does and what a person approves, set out with H and P marks.
  • AI PRD: The problem definition, inputs and outputs, context, and human approval points in one document.
  • Evaluation criteria: What separates a good result from a failed one, and the conditions to meet before launch.
Result

What you keep

An execution design that sets out one workflow to launch, the human approval points, and the measurement criteria. It includes the agent delegation scope and the AI PRD, and you can move straight to the next stage.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does Blueprint do?

It decides in one day where AI should go first, then turns that into an execution design within two weeks.

What do we have when Blueprint ends?

An execution design that sets out one workflow to launch, the human approval points, and the measurement criteria. You can move straight to the next stage (Sprint 90).

How are cost and scope decided?

Duration, scope, and cost are discussed in consultation. Reviewing your 3-minute assessment results together makes it easier to choose a starting point.

Does Blueprint cover what an AI PM does?

Yes. An AI PM turns customer problems and business goals into workflows that AI can run repeatedly. In Blueprint we create the first outputs of that role with your team: the problem definition, the AI PRD, and the evaluation criteria.

Where should our team start?

Check where you stand with the 3-minute assessment (in Korean), or send us a message and we will get back to you directly.
