Sprint 90 is the core AX WORKS product: pick one workflow, get it actually running within 90 days, and complete the handover so the team can run it on its own. During the run we work alongside the team so it takes on the AI PM and AX PM roles itself (priorities, evaluation and release decisions, running the approval gate, reporting).

Roles we cover during the run
Your team takes over the planning, evaluation, and reporting roles the run needs by doing them alongside us.
- AI PM role: Sprint priorities, the evaluation set and release criteria, and the risk log.
- AX PM role: Reporting to the business and executives, aligning stakeholders, and running the approval gate.
- Handover: We don't build it for you. We work alongside your team so its owners gradually take on both roles.

What does Sprint 90 do?

Does TROE build it for us?
No. Instead of building it for you, your team builds it with us and learns along the way. In every sprint, the people doing the work use it themselves and fix it.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We measure time, quality, and risk together, and set rules up front so the workflow can be stopped immediately if a problem appears.
Can we start without an AI PM or AX PM on our side?
You can start without one, but you need to name the person who will own the workflow after launch. Within the sprint we work alongside that person so they do the planning, evaluation, and reporting themselves.
